Concept Shoppe is the Internet e-retailing arm of Concept Vault , a media company based in Singapore and United States. We have been collectors and distributors of rare movie memorabilia since 2000 and our main objective is to sell these collectibles through the Internet to collectors and consumers.

At Concept Shoppe, we aim to stock only the best and most unique movie memorabilia. We specialise in high quality, limited edition products that separate the causal buyers from true movie fanatics. These collectibles are often made in limited quantities so their value often increase with time.

Our Products

We purchase our merchandises directly from the respective country of origin, mostly United States and United Kingdom. We have an extensive network of collectors and dealers who have been trading with us since 2000. They are reputable resellers and authorized vendors and, for products with warranties, come with their original warranties to guarantee the product's authenticity. In this regard, Concept Shoppe expressly disclaims any indication that it is an authorized dealer or agent of any of merchandises.

Authenticity Information

All of Concept Shoppe merchandises are authentic and quality merchandises. For Limited Edition items, they will be accompanied by an original Certificate of Authenticity from the manufacturers. Any defects inherent in the products will be mentioned in their item description.

To ensure safe delivery, all orders will be sent via Registered Mail for Standard Delivery or reputable courier services with tracking information for Express Delivery. All items sent from Concept Shoppe are insured against damages during shipping.

If for some reason you are not totally satisfied with the product you receive, we have a 30-day money back guarantee return policy (this does not apply to special promotional items or items not sold via www.conceptshoppe.com ) if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received, within the 30-day period. All we ask is that you inform us within 1 week of receipt if you would like to return the merchandise.

Products MUST be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either original or a copy). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.




Do I need to register to make a purchase?
Yes, we encourage customers to register with us. By registering with us, you will be notified of the status of your transaction, be informed of our regular sales offer and be updated on any new collection we have added to the website. However, you do not need to register with us to start shopping. You will only be prompted to register when you are ready to check out.
How does the ordering process work?

To purchase any item, simply browse through our website for anything you fancy and click on it. Alternatively, you could search for the item using our search tool. There are detailed pictures for your viewing as well as product descriptions that provide you with detailed information of the merchandise for you to make your purchasing decision. Once you have selected the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply click on 'Add to Cart' and continue shopping until you are ready to purchase, or proceed to the checkout page to confirm your purchase(s). You will also be asked to register if you are not already a registered user. After registration, you will be able to select your preferred payment option to facilitate the sale and delivery of your purchase(s). You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been submitted, which would include your order number and details. Thereafter, for items in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?

Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your an Order number immediately after you have completed your online order. You will also receive Order Status and Shipping Confirmation emails. Furthermore, if you have items on backorder for more than 30 days, you will receive monthly Order Status emails.

What are the payment options available?

All customers can pay us using:

•  Check / Bank Draft / Money Order

How do I make payment with my Credit Card?

If you would like to make payment with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) simply select this option during the checkout process. After your order confirmation, you will be taken directly to PayPal secured server to proceed with the check out. PayPal is the official Credit Card processor for Concept Shoppe. All credit card payments is processed via PayPal. Concept Shoppe will never directly charge to your credit card.

As soon as we have received your payment and once your funds have cleared, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery details and when you can expect to receive your order.

How do I make payment via Check / Bank Draft / Money Order?

If you would like to send us payment by Check, Bank Draft or Money Order, select this option during the checkout process. In the order confirmation email, we will inform you of our address and company information to send your payment to.

Non-Singapore Buyers: Please note that the Check, Bank Draft or Money Order must be payable in Singapore.

As soon as we have received your payment and once your funds have cleared, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery details and when you can expect to receive your order.

If you are paying by Bank Draft or Money Order, it will take longer for your order to reach you as, just like with wire transfers, we can only process and send out your order after your funds have been received. If you require prompt delivery, we suggest that you select the credit card payment option.

How do I make payment via Bank / Wire Transfers?

If you would like to make payment by wire transfer into our bank account (also known as bank transfer / telegraphic transfer), simply select this option during the checkout process. We will send you our full banking information and details necessary to effect the wire transfer in the order confirmation email. As soon as we have received your payment into our bank account, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery details and when you can expect to receive your order.

If you are paying by wire transfer, it will take longer for your order to reach you as we can only process and send out your order after your funds have been received. If you require prompt delivery, we suggest that you select the credit card payment option.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We will always try to adhere to the promised shipping period or availability date. However, as we rely on other companies to supply our merchandise. Because of this, Concept Shoppe is not responsible for manufacturer delays in delivery, manufacturer shortages in delivery, manufacturer non-delivery of product, manufacturer changes, manufacturer modifications or manufacturer cancellations. Furthermore, a manufacturer most likely will not notify Concept Shoppe of these situations. Because of this, we have no way to notify our customers of these situations and therefore we can not implement any type of product ship date or availability guarantee to our customers.

Order Status & Tracking

If you would like to check your order status, just log on to your account, and under your Purchase History, you will see your tracking code as well as the URL of the relevant shipping company for you to check. For unregistered users, simply email cs@conceptshoppe.com and we will get back to you on your order status promptly. Please remember to include your name and order number with your question(s) so that we can respond to you as quickly as possible.

Is there a return policy?

Yes! There will be the rare circumstance or occasion whereby you may want or need to return an item to us, so Concept Shoppe has a 30-day money back guarantee return policy if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received, within the 30 day period (this does not apply to special promotional items or items not sold via www.conceptshoppe.com ) . All we ask is that you inform us within 1 week of receipt of the merchandise, if you would like to return it. Simply email us at Customer Service with your order number. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from us with your Merchandise Return Authorization Number confirming your request as well as instructions to return the item to us.

How much is local and international shipping?

All our shipping rates are calculated based on where we are shipping the item to and the weight of the item. You can view your shipping cost in your shopping cart when you check out your item(s).

Will I receive an email confirmation of my shipment?

Yes. Notification of your shipment(s) and any available tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as items complete the picking, packing and shipping process. At this point, your shipment(s) will be waiting for the shipping carrier to pick up your packages at our warehouse.

We recommend that you return your goods via a service that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance (insured for the actual purchase price), such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or any other carrier you may choose. If you are returning the merchandise by mail, please insure it.
